Better language in elder care

Correct care notes,
in a language staff understand

Clex helps care staff write record-ready notes inside the care system they already use. Word suggestions, sentence correction and rewrite, read-aloud and translation help them write and check the note before saving. Free text stays on the device.

A care note in four steps

From quick note to record-ready sentence

The care worker types or dictates the note. Clex corrects the spelling and rewrites it into fluent record language, on the device, and shows every change. They accept, listen and save in the same record field. Free text never leaves the device.

1

Type with word suggestions trained on care vocabulary

The suggestions draw on care-sector vocabulary, not everyday language.

2

Correct and rewrite with one tap

Two models on the device fix the spelling and rewrite the note into fluent care-record language. You see each change and accept what you agree with. Pictograms mark the care concepts along the way.

3

Listen before saving

Tap to hear the note read aloud. Read it carefully - the responsibility is yours.

4

Save in-place

The note is written inside the record system. No app switching. No copy-paste.

Built with care staff

Designed alongside the people who use it

Clex is built alongside care staff. Daily care work shapes every release.

Closing the fluency gap for bilingual staff

The bilingual staff were really happy.

Site lead, Slagelse Kommune - after the first week with Clex

The care workers who pick up Clex fastest are the ones whose first language is not Danish or Swedish. Word prediction in Danish or Swedish, combined with translation into their first language, closes a fluency gap that makes every shift harder than it needs to be.

Answers, not hedges

Security, GDPR, processors, hosting, SLA - every customer-facing document is version-controlled, CEO-approved, and usually sent within one working day of a request. Procurement and data-protection officers get the answers without a phone call.
