We meet kommuner where kommuner meet each other. Conferences, trade fairs, and sector gatherings are where the documentation burden is recognised for what it is - a day-to-day care challenge, not an IT procurement item. Below we list the events we have attended and what we took away from each.
Why we prioritise being there
- Direct conversation. We talk to care leaders, digitisation advisors, and procurement people in the same room. That conversation cannot be replaced by a demo.
- Feedback into the product. The themes that recur at conferences - real-time documentation, early detection, language in care work, FSIII - feed directly into what we build.
- The sector’s agenda. KL, KOMBIT, Danish Life Science Cluster, Danish.Care, and Medicoindustrien set the direction alongside the kommuner. Following their work keeps us in step with where the sector is heading.
Events we follow closely
Beyond the ones we attend ourselves, we follow several kommune-level and national events because they define the documentation landscape Clex is built to support:
- KOMBIT’s Kommunernes Digitaliseringstræf - the annual forum for kommune digitisation.
- Kommunaløkonomisk Forum (KØF) - where kommune budgets and priorities are discussed.
- FSIII meetings - the professional framework underpinning Danish elder-care documentation.
