Digitaliseringsmessen 2025
Odense, September 2025. Clex showed the latest updates to the keyboard and browser extension and talked to kommuner about how documentation can free up time on the shift.
When: 23-24 September 2025 · Where: Odense Congress Center, Hall C · From Clex: Flakron Sojeva
Digitaliseringsmessen is the yearly gathering of Danish kommuner, digitisation vendors, and professional organisations working on municipal digital transformation. For Clex, the 2025 edition was the first chance to show the latest keyboard and browser-extension updates to a broad range of Danish municipalities in one place.
What we showed
- Clex inside Cura and Nexus. The pictogram-to-sentence flow works directly inside the two record systems most Danish kommuner use; care workers never have to leave either system.
- Language support. Care-specific word suggestions above the keys and direct translation into the staff member’s first language. For kommuner with a large share of bilingual staff, this is the most visible benefit.
- Real-time documentation on the phone. Clex is fast enough to use at the point of care, not just at a desk after the shift.
What we heard from the kommuner
The themes recurred regardless of which kommune we spoke with: too much text per note, documentation requirements that are too demanding for frontline staff, and too little time during a shift to write on the spot. That is exactly what Clex is built around, and what we continue to work on.
Many people who came to the stand in Hall C saw for the first time what the keyboard looks like in real care work - native and non-native Danish speakers among them.
