Accessibility statement

Our WCAG target for this website, known gaps, and how to report an issue.

This website targets WCAG 2.2 Level AA, with AAA for body colour contrast and keyboard focus visibility where achievable. The site is designed to meet the requirements of the EU Accessibility Act (2019/882) and the Web Accessibility Directive (2016/2102); the known gaps are listed below.

What we do

  • Semantic HTML with proper landmarks and heading hierarchy.
  • Keyboard parity: every mouse action is reachable via keyboard.
  • Visible focus outlines on every interactive element.
  • Native characters correctly rendered in all four languages.
  • prefers-reduced-motion respected.
  • Regular reviews of the site with screen readers and keyboard-only navigation.

Known gaps

  • Some of the PDF documents available for download do not yet work fully with screen readers. If a document does not work with your assistive technology, email us. We will fix the document or send you the content in a format that works for you.
