Reporting a security vulnerability

Have you found a security weakness in Clex Keyboard for Android or iOS, in Clex Web, in a Clex service or on clex.ai? Please tell us directly.

How to report

Write to Uffe Gorm Pal Hansen, Email us. Please include:

• the product, version or address concerned
• what you found and how to reproduce it
• what an attacker could achieve with it, as far as you know

You can write in Danish, Swedish or English.

What happens next

• We acknowledge your report within two working days.
• We assess the finding, keep you informed and tell you when it is fixed.
• Please keep the details confidential until a fix is available, and do not access, change or delete data that is not yours.
