Support routing

When something is not working on a shift, the fastest fix is usually on the floor. The routing is:

  1. Ask the site lead. The person who ran the rollout on your floor has seen most issues before.
  2. Ask the super-user. For anything the site lead hasn’t seen, the super-user on the floor is the person to ask.
  3. Ask Clex. If neither can help, write to Uffe Gorm Pal Hansen, write to Uffe Gorm Pal Hansen. Acknowledgement within two working days, full response within ten.

The same routing applies to feature questions and training requests.

Clex Academy

Clex Academy - in-app interactive training for care workers - ships with the next Android release. When it ships, we will add a link to the guide here and a short note to help site leads introduce it to their team. Until then, training continues as described in the rollout guides.

iOS and Chrome/Edge Academy versions are not planned for this year.
